An inspection that matters is over 10 years of research into what clients want and don’t want in an inspection report.
Our reports follow the Standards of Practice as established by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. While the standards establish what to inspect they do not specify how such information is presented. Nor do the standards explain the level of detail to report. An Inspection That Matters is simply the most comprehensive and detailed report of what matters to clients. At the same, our reports avoid unnecessary fluff that some inspectors like to include that is of no real value to the client.
People That Care
Our reports are designed for people who care about the quality of the report they are getting. If you don’t care about quality, then don’t call us. It’s that simple.
Occasionally we get a call from someone who just wants a cheap inspection. If getting the inspection cheaply is all you care about, please don’t call us. We’re not in the fast food business. We are the quality inspection business.
